Cancellation policy:
You must cancel or amend your booking 48 hours before your appointment date. Any bookings that are cancelled or moved within the 48 hour window will be automatically charged 50% of the treatment price.

Any appointments rescheduled, cancelled or missed within the 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 100% charge. You will be unable to rebook until late fees have been paid.
